HC seeks reply from UP govt, Lucknow MC on action taken against Sahara City

Lucknow, Oct 8 (UNI) The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court today heard a petition filed by Sahara India Commercial Corporation Limited against the Lucknow Municipal Corporation's action on Sahara City. The Lucknow bench, expressing the need for further consideration, summoned the Uttar Pradesh government and the Municipal Corporation to respond by October 30. The High Court also ordered the relocation of cattle within Sahara City to Kanha Upvan and proper care thereof.
