Delhi Fortuner Crash: A tragic incident has surfaced from India's capital city Delhi where two cousins were burnt to death after their SUV car collided with a speeding truck. The collision was so intense that car instantly caught fire. The late-night accident took place in Delhi's Rani Bagh area at around 3 am on Thursday when the car rammed into a truck moving ahead of it. As per Delhi Police sources, the collision was so intense that the Fortuner's bonnet got lodged under the truck. The vehicle was dragged for 500 metres before it caught fire. The victims were identified as Henry (20), a resident of Meera Bagh, and Dipanshu Chandela (21) from Paschim Vihar. Both of them were burnt alive inside their car. Their family members stated that both the victims were cousins and left home at around 2:30 am. Their plan was to have dinner at Murthal. Cops stated that the control room received the distress call around 3.10 am. A police team and fire tenders rushed to Rani Bagh, but by the time the fire was controlled, both victims had died. Cops detained the truck's driver. As per the truck driver, the incident took place when he was on his way from Mundka to Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar. The car rammed into his truck from the rear. A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway. A relative of one of the victims said that Henry was studying BBA in Pune. His family had lost his older brother at a similar age. His father works in mobile tower installation. Dipanshu was also pursuing BBA from a college located in Rohini. He was the son of a local property dealer and is survived by his parents and a sister.
