New Delhi: TVS Motor Company Thursday announced the appointment of Sudarshan Venu as chairman with effect from August 25, 2025. "The board of directors unanimously named Sudarshan Venu as incoming chairman, in recognition of his exemplary contributions to the company's sustained growth and strategic development during his tenure as director. Effective August 25, 2025, Sudarshan Venu will be appointed as chairman and managing director", the company said in a statement.
