Two months after teen got electrocuted, 2 MSEDCL employees booked for negligence

The incident had happened around 11am on August 19 when the teenager, Deepak Ajay Ramlingam Pillai, a Bhandup resident, was walking along a waterlogged street. Around two months after a 17-year-old teenager died after coming in contact with a high tension wire, the Bhandup police Wednesday booked two employees of the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) over negligence. The accused were identified as assistant engineer Santosh Rudrashetty and Vikas Kailash Jadhav.
