Ranchi, July 7: Jharkhand Finance Minister Radhakrishna Kishore has issued a strong message to government officials, stating that delays and negligence in public service would no longer be tolerated. Speaking to the media after a Janata Darbar held at Congress Bhawan on Monday, the Minister emphasized the need for timely and transparent handling of public grievances. Kishore pointed out that several welfare schemes, including the old age pension, were being impacted due to the central government's lack of financial cooperation. "The central government has withheld funds for many key schemes. There is negative cooperation, and they are not providing their share of contributions. This has led to disruptions in delivering benefits to the people," he said. He criticized the BJP for spreading misinformation among the public, blaming the state government for lapses that stemmed from central funding issues.
