Bhubaneswar: A 65-year-old man, believed to be mentally unstable, was detained for questioning by Puri police on Wednesday after he allegedly scribbled a message on the wall of a Puri shrine, hinting at a terror plot aimed at Jagannath Temple. He was later released with a stern warning.The man was identified as Raghunath Sahoo. He is reportedly suffering from mental health issues and was recently released from a de-addiction centre.
