Bokaro: A joint team of CoBRA 209 battalion of the CRPF and district police on Saturday recovered a cache of arms and explosives during a search operation in the dense Kashitand forest in Gomia block of the district. Bokaro SP Bokaro Harvinder Singh, said among the recovered items were one SLR rifle, 20 live cartridges, one SLR magazine, one INSAS magazine, two bundles of codex wire, and one detonator. "The cache seems to have been abandoned by the Maoists," he said.
