Kolkata: The probe into the murder of TMC Bhangar neta Razzak Khan has hit a roadblock with no CCTV coverage at the spot of the crime, said sources. Police, however, have found two witnesses and information gained from them could be the foundation of the investigation, sources said. Sketches of the killers have already been made from the witnesses' accounts.Senior police officers, led by Kolkata CP Manoj Verma and detective department chief Rupesh Kumar, have been visiting or camping at Bhangar police station since Thursday night to investigate the murder of 38-year-old Khan, who was TMC's Chaltaberia area president. The two witnesses have been detained for interrogation and the detective department is likely to take over the probe, said sources."The murder spot -- barely 1km from Bhangar PS -- was chosen with this knowledge that Khan would slow down his bike since the spot was dark," said a source. "I can't share any details since the probe is on," CP Verma told reporters."Usually, Razzak returns by 7.30pm. But he had multiple meetings on Thursday, till 9.30pm.
