Speaking to ANI, Ravinder Raina said, 'Shri Amarnath Yatra has reached the Kashmir Valley. The people of Jammu & Kashmir have welcomed the pilgrims. We are welcoming the pilgrims in a traditional way, holding this 'Kangri'.' DM Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan, said everyone is happy to welcome the yatris to the Valley.
