Shillong, Feb 23 (UNI) Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Monday presented the state budget for the financial year 2026-2027 with a fiscal deficit of Rs 2,672 crore, which is around 3.5 per cent of the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP).
