Bhubaneswar: A Google AI Workshop will be a notable feature of the day-long Odisha AI Symposium being organised by the Siksha 'O' Anusandhan Deemed to be University here on Thursday. It will be a Live Demo on the subject 'Beyond the Prompt: Decoding Google's Agentic AI' with senior AI and cloud architect at Google, Ajitesh Kumar, as the speaker. Senior Regional Manager and Program Head (East) of National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) Bijay Kumar Sahoo will moderate the session, the institute said in a release. It further noted that national and international AI experts will be converging at the university to participate in the sessions and workshops like Transforming Science and Engineering, AI START-UPS/Agentic AI, AI in Agriculture, AI in Medicine, AI Ethics and Security, AI and Educations to be held in the conclave. The symposium is being organised by SOA in collaboration with the Odisha Society of America (OSA) and AI and HPC Centre of IIT Bhubaneswar, with the objective of advancing the recently approved Odisha AI Policy and providing strategic direction to boost the state's AI-driven growth. Policymakers, industry leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, investors and key ecosystem enablers will also discuss how AI could be used in different sectors, including healthcare and agriculture.
