According to the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Lahaul-Spiti, among the roads shut due to snowfall were the Darcha-Shinkula Pass route. Shimla, Apr 8 (PTI) Several high-altitude areas of Himachal Pradesh experienced fresh snowfall on Wednesday, while moderate to heavy rains lashed the mid and lower hills, bringing temperatures down and compelling residents to wear woollen clothes in April, officials said.
