Shimla: The higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh received a fresh spell of snowfall, while some parts of the high and mid hills recorded light rainfall on Wednesday as the mercury dipped in the high-altitude areas of the state.Tabo in Lahaul Spiti was the coldest place in Himachal.It snowed in most parts of Lahaul Spiti, including Koksar, Sissu, Jispa, Gondhla, Tandi, and Keylong, as well as in the high mountain passes, including Rohtang, Baralacha, and Shinku La.
