Kuwait City: The family of an Indian electrician killed in a drone strike in Kuwait will be paid a year's salary by the Al Thiqa Food Group Company. Santhanaselvam Krishnan, from Tamil Nadu, was killed when an Iranian drone struck his workplace - a power and water desalination plant based in Kuwait, as reported by Hindustan Times. The company made the decision to uphold its social and humanitarian responsibilities, Kuwait Times reported. Al Thiqa told the media outlet that it had received all necessary approvals from authorities to begin paying Krishnan's one-year salary to his family in Tamil Nadu.
