SĀDHANA Saptah - 2026, a nationwide capacity-building initiative aligned with the vision of Mission Karmayogi, was formally launched today by Anu Garg, IAS, Chief Secretary of Odisha, at Lok Seva Bhawan. This initiative, taking place from 2nd to 8th April 2026, is organised by the Gopabandhu Academy of Administration on behalf of the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, Government of Odisha. The program is encapsulated as SĀDHANA Saptah, 2026 - "Sadhana to Become a Karmayogi: Building Performance-Linked Competencies through the iGOT Digital Platform." During this week, all officials are encouraged to complete a minimum of four hours of learning on the iGOT platform.
