Dubai: An Indian national was injured when he was hit by shrapnel from a drone intercepted by the air defence system in the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday, local government said. The incident occurred near the Umm Al Thuoob Industrial Area in Umm Al Qaiwain, one of the seven emirates, state-run WAM news agency reported.
