New Delhi: Security agencies have succeeded in arresting Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Shabbir Ahmed Lone from the Delhi border. Lone was preparing a new Lashkar module from Bangladesh at the behest of the Pakistani intelligence agency, the ISI. Acting on a tip-off, Delhi Police and security forces laid a trap and apprehended him at the capital's border.
