Martyrdom Day of Shaheed Baba Jeevan Singh Ji in Jamshedpur on December 27 and 28 | The Avenue Mail

Jamshedpur: The Rangreta Mahasabha, in a meeting held at the Tinplate Khalsa Club, announced that the Martyrdom Day of Shiromani Shaheed Baba Jeevan Singh Ji will be celebrated with great devotion and grandeur on December 27 and 28 at the Agrico Ground. The decision was taken unanimously by the members and office bearers of the Mahasabha, who have pledged to make the annual event a grand success. Since 2017, the martyrdom day of Shaheed Baba Jeevan Singh Ji and the four Sahibzadas has been commemorated at the Agrico Ground, drawing devotees and devotees from across the country. The two-day event is known for its spiritual fervour and large-scale participation of Kirtani Jathas, Tadi Jathas, and Katha Vachaks from various states, who come together to pay tribute through devotional renditions and discourses. During the meeting, several members expressed their commitment to ensuring that this year's event continues the tradition of reverence and unity. The program will highlight the values of courage, sacrifice, and devotion epitomized by Baba Jeevan Singh Ji, inspiring the Sikh community and the wider society. The meeting was conducted by Tarsem Singh, while the vote of thanks was proposed by Sukhdev Singh Mitthu.
