Lucknow: BSP chief Mayawati on Sunday said that the other state units of the party should draw inspiration from the UP unit, which organised an impressive rally in Lucknow on the 19th death anniversary of party founder Kanshiram on Oct 9.She was speaking at the national level meeting of BSP in Lucknow."The enthusiasm shown by those people is what the party needs to realise the dream of Babasaheb Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar, of setting a welfarist state for poor and deprived people," she said.In the meeting held on Sunday, the party's UP and Uttarakhand units did not participate, as Mayawati already held a meeting with them on Oct 16.
