Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Thursday hiked the Dearness Allowance (DA) of state government employees by three percent. As per the press release issued by the Chief Minister Office (CMO), Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has approved a three percent increase in DA for state government PSU employees. With today's hike of three percent, the total DA of the state government PSU employees' increased from 55 percent to 58 percent. The DA hike in Odisha will be implemented retrospectively from July 1, 2025, mentioned the press release. Along with this, the TI of pensioners has also been increased by three percent. They will also get this increased TI in the October pension accordingly. This will benefit about eight and a half lakh government employees and pensioners.
