New Delhi, Oct 1 (PTI) Drug maker Lupin on Wednesday said it has launched an anticoagulant medication in the US. The company has launched Rivaroxaban for Oral Suspension (1 mg/mL), a generic version of Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.'s Xarelto for Oral Suspension, in the US, the drug maker said in a statement. Rivaroxaban for Oral Suspension is indicated for the treatment of venous thromboembolism (VTE) and the reduction in the risk of recurrent VTE in pediatric patients. It is also indicated for the treatment of thromboprophylaxis in pediatric patients 2 years and older with congenital heart disease after the Fontan procedure.
