CHENNAI: Acting on the orders of Central Zone Police Chief Joshi Nirmal Kumar, three special teams have been formed to arrest Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) general secretary N Anand, and joint general secretary C T R Nirmal Kumar.
