Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 29 (Maxim News); The Election Commission of India (ECI) appointed central observers to monitor the by-elections to be held in the Jubilee Hills assembly constitutency in Telangana. The commission announced that a total of 470 senior officials have been appointed for the Bihar Assembly Elections and by-election in eight states across the country. The commission said that while general and police observers were deployed to monitor the law and order situation during the elections, expenditure observers were deployed to monitor the election expenses spent by candidates.
