Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 29 (Maxim News); The Election Commission of India (ECI) appointed central observers to monitor the by-elections to be held in the Jubilee Hills assembly constitutency in Telangana. The commission announced that a total of 470 senior officials have been appointed for the Bihar Assembly Elections and by-election in eight states across the country.
