Mumbai: BMC issues notices to owners of abandoned vehicles on public roads TNN Mumbai: The BMC has issued notices to 3,153 vehicle owners to dispose of abandoned, defunct, or scrapped vehicles, which have been illegally left on public roads. Mumbai: The BMC's 'Pothole QuickFix' mobile application, which is the upgraded version of the older 'MyBMC pothole fixit' app has received a good response this year.
