Delhi Weather Today: Air quality in Delhi remained in the poor category this morning. Delhi today recorded the coldest morning of the season, with the temperature falling to 4.9 degrees Celsius, five notches below the season's average, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). The relative humidity level at 8.30 am stood at 64 per cent while the mercury is expected to settle around 23 degrees Celsius.
