Patna: The Patna high court on Thursday organised a farewell for Acting Chief Justice Ashutosh Kumar, who has been appointed Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court. His oath-taking ceremony is scheduled for July 21.On the same day, Justice Vipul M Pancholi, recently appointed Chief Justice of Patna High Court, will be sworn in at 10.45am at Raj Bhavan.The farewell ceremony took place in the centenary hall in the presence of judges and advocates.
