Nellore: A case has been registered against former MLA Nallapureddy Prasanna Kumar Reddy at the Kovur police station based on a complaint lodged by a woman over allegedly objectionable comments made against sitting MLA Vemireddy Prashanthi Reddy. According to police sources, the case has been filed under Sections 74, 75, 79, and 296 of the Indian Penal Code. The remarks in question were reportedly offensive and inappropriate.
