JAMMU, July 5: The solemn and spiritual Ashoor Muharram procession was taken out today from Newplot, Jammu, under the management of Anjuman-e-Haidary Newplot, in remembrance of the supreme sacrifice of Imam Hussain and the martyrs of Karbala. With great devotion and discipline, the procession reached Pir Mitha, where it was received and joined by the members of Anjuman-e-Imamia Jammu. The mourning procession concluded at Karbala, Wazarat Road, Jammu. The procession strictly followed the registered routes allotted by the Government and Administration, demonstrating unity, order, and respect for the law.
