New Delhi, July 5 (UNI) Fiction thriller 'Jurassic World Rebirth's' has crossed the $100 million mark globally, earning a total of $104.6 million by Thursday, reported Deadline. As per the report, the film made $22.3 million across 70 international markets, including India, with its overseas total to $48.8 million so far. The movie was released in France and India on Friday, expanding its reach to 82 countries now. Directed by Gareth Edwards and written by David Koepp., a sequel to 'Jurassic World Dominion' (2022), the seventh installment overall in the Jurassic Park franchise witnessed earning a commanding $25.3 million on the second day of its release domestically. Years after dinosaurs were brought back from extinction and escaped into our world, 'Jurassic World Rebirth' shows they have proven unable to coexist with us, resulting in all surviving dinosaurs inhabiting tropical islands near the equator. "Jurassic World Rebirth" is set five years after "Jurassic World Dominion," where the world's climate has become largely inhospitable to dinosaurs. A pharmaceutical company seeks to extract DNA from the largest remaining dinosaurs to develop a cure for heart disease, leading to a dangerous mission to a forbidden island. The story also involves a civilian family who gets caught up in the adventure after their boat capsizes. As far as a reason to go poking dinosaurs goes, this is more altruistic than a theme park. A greedy big pharmaceutical corporation (there is no other kind) is hoping to source blood and tissue samples from live dinosaurs, as big as can be found, to develop a solution to heart attacks. Bigger a dinosaur equals bigger coronary muscles, and so on. That means going into a forbidden dinosaur zone around the equatorial region, and hence a team comprising the pharma firm employee, a scientist and some mercenary special operation types must come together for an expedition. The goal is to collect a sample each from a dinosaur species that lives on land, in water and in air, to cover all the bases. On screen, this translates into a chance to wrestle the big, heaving, snarling creatures three different ways. It also provides a chance to a pretty impressive cast, in front and behind the camera, to showcase their skills. The film features Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, Rupert Friend, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, and Ed Skrein.
People often think doing cardio will interfere with gaining muscle, so they only do strength training. This misses out on the balance that's key for health and fitness. When done right, cardio builds endurance and strengthens your heart. It helps you perform better and recover faster, which means you can actually grow muscle more effectively as part of a balanced fitness routine. The belief that cardio "eats away" at your muscles is a persistent myth that doesn't hold up to science. In reality, research shows that moderate cardio benefits strength training. It boosts heart health and enduranc ...Read More >
