Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], July 3 (ANI): Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Wednesday said that Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge will address a major party meeting at LB Stadium in Hyderabad on July 4. This will be the first time Kharge will speak directly to Congress village-level presidents. Vikramarka urged all village, block, and district-level Congress leaders to attend the event, saying the goal is to spread the party's ideology. 'This is the first time when AICC President will be addressing the village-level Congress presidents. It is the biggest meeting.
