Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) and Odisha Revenue Service (ORS) began an indefinite mass leave on Tuesday to protest the assault on Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Additional Commissioner Ratnakar Sahoo on June 30. The protest covers all the districts of the state. It has been decided Tuesday evening in a special meeting at OASA Bhawan that the strike will continue till the main culprit Jaga Pradhan is arrested under non bailable offences.
