Bhubaneswar, Oct 10 (UNI) The Odisha Vigilance today arrested OAS officer Siba Mallick, Tahsildar of Mahakalpada in Kendrapara, for possessing disproportionate assets (DA) worth 190 percent more than his known sources of income.
