Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday urged private sector lenders ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and Axis Bank to significantly improve their loan disbursement performance under key welfare schemes, days after the state government removed them from its empanelled list of banks.
