NEW DELHI: Defence minister Rajnath Singh Thursday held talks with his Chinese counterpart Admiral Dong Jun amid the ongoing move to rebuild and stabilise bilateral ties, even though de-escalation between the rival armies is yet to take place along the LAC.The two met on the sidelines of SCO defence ministers' meet. However, there was no official word from India on the meeting till late in the night.
