The state-of-the-art jetty features a 76.7metre berth designed to accommodate Indian Coast Guard (ICG) vessels, enhancing rapid deployment and operational turnaround of ships. Strategically located just 10 nautical miles from major international shipping lanes and adjacent to the Vizhinjam International Transshipment Deepwater Multipurpose Seaport, the facility represents a key infrastructure upgrade for maritime security along India's southwestern coastline.
