Dehradun: Dehradun police on Monday arrested the tenth accused in the murder case of retired Brigadier Mukesh Joshi. The assailant has been identified as Vaibhav Kumar, a resident of Yamunanagar in Haryana. Kumar was arrested from the Rajpur police station area in Dehradun.
