PATNA: Unidentified gunmen shot dead a 53-year-old BJP functionary in Patna in his field Saturday while a lawyer was shot near a tea stall in Sultanganj Sunday. Patna: Unidentified assailants shot dead former president of Punpun BJP Kisan Morcha, Surendra Kewat (52), at Sheikhpura village in Patna district late on Saturday night. The incident took place under Pipra police station area while Kewat, a BJP worker, was irrigating his field, adjacent to Bihta-Sarmera State Highway-78.
