Chennai, Apr 1 (PTI) AIADMK MP I S Inbadurai submitted a petition to the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) on Wednesday, alleging irregularities in the Chepauk-Triplicane assembly constituency from where Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin is contesting.
