Delhi CM death threat: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta received a death threat via a phone call late Thursday evening, following which police teams were put on high alert in both Ghaziabad and Delhi. According to police officials, the threat was issued around 11 pm through a call made to the Police Control Room (PCR) in Ghaziabad. The nature of the threat was considered serious, prompting immediate communication between Ghaziabad police and their Delhi counterparts. Following the alert, the Delhi Police ramped up security measures around the Delhi Chief Minister and key government locations. An investigation was promptly launched, and initial inquiries have led to the identification of the caller behind the threat. However, the mobile number used in the call has since been switched off, making the suspect temporarily untraceable. Police teams are currently working across jurisdictions to track down the individual responsible for the threat.
