Guwahati: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, winding up his election campaign in Assam on Monday, launched a blistering attack on the Gandhi family and Congress, accusing them of corruption, dynastic politics, and siding with Pakistan.Addressing rallies in Barpeta, Hojai, and Dibrugarh -- just a day before the silence period begins at 5pm Tuesday -- Modi said, "The first family of Congress is the most corrupt in the country, indulging in scams of huge proportions and currently out on bail.
