Jammu- The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Saturday witnessed chaotic scenes as Education Minister Sakeena Itoo and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) MLA Waheed ur Rehman Para engaged in a sharp and personal verbal exchange, disrupting proceedings in the House.
