Hyderabad: Elite Action Group for Drug Law Enforcement (EAGLE) Taskforce raided Quack Arena pub in Kondapur, after receiving a tip off about the party. Seven people tested positive on Friday morning, reports said. The raid took place after they received specific intelligence about drug use at the pub and while a high-profile DJ event was underway. Live drug screening by Eagle: Authorities conducted live drug tests on attending guests using field testing kits and during the checks, eight people tested positive. Eight of them were taken into custody and were taken to Gachibowli Police Station. They were identified as Ritesh, Jyotiraditya, Abhishek Varma, Rishab Srivastava, Aakella Harith Saranga, Prithvi Raj, Ritvik Vasala, Monish Satwani. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway. Officials are probing if pub management has violated norms or if they failed to curb illegal activity at the pub. Actress Hema tests negative: In a video on her Instagram account, actress Hema confirmed her presence at the pub and clarified that she has tested negative.
