New Delhi/Punjab, April 3 (SocialNews.XYZ) The Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on Friday, expressed concern about the current law and order situation in Punjab, saying that the state is again under "narco-militancy". Additionally, the BJP held the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)-led state government responsible for "increased terrorism" in the state. The reactions come days after a low-intensity explosion was reported outside the BJP's office at Sector-37 in Chandigarh. Congress MP Manish Tewari said, "The situation in Punjab is becoming increasingly sensitive. The state is under the grip of narco-militancy again, and its impact is now being felt in Chandigarh as well. There have been four incidents in the past 15 days, including one where a grenade-like thing was thrown outside the BJP office." Expressing his concern, Tewari told IANS, "It is very concerning thing. Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh Police should coordinate among themselves and keep the situation under control, especially in Mohali, Panchkula, Chandigarh, New Chandigarh.
