A 45-year-old man was arrested in Assam's North Lakhimpur on Friday for allegedly killing his seven-year-old daughter with a machete aboard a train. Police said the incident occurred around 9 am, when the train, the Dekargaon-Murkongselek Express, was halfway through its 345km journey. Guwahati, Apr 3 (PTI) A six-year-old girl was killed allegedly by her father inside a train at Silanibari station in Assam's Lakhimpur district on Friday, a Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) spokesperson said.
