New Delhi: Senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Wednesday slammed the central government's decision to send multi-party delegations abroad as part of Operation Sindoor, calling it a diversionary tactic disguised as diplomacy. No special session, no real debate Speaking to ANI, Ramesh said, "This is not a serious diplomatic outreach -- this is a public relations exercise." Though two meetings were held, the Prime Minister did not attend either," he said.
