Shimla, Mar 30 (PTI) The higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh received mild snow till Tuesday morning, while intermittent rains lashed a few areas in the middle and lower hills. The Shimla meteorological office has issued a yellow warning for thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds with wind speeds of 40-50 kilometres per hour on Friday and Saturday in isolated areas across 10 of the 12 districts, barring Kinnaur and Lahaul and Spiti.
