Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Teachers' associations are now fighting among themselves even as the row over the proposed Teacher Eligibility Test intensifies. Following the directive to conduct the eligibility test, several teacher bodies have started approaching the Supreme Court of India. While the Tribal Welfare Teachers Association is preparing to meet the Governor over the issue, a government teachers' organisation has already filed multiple petitions in the apex court. Amid this, State Adhyapak Association president Jagdish Yadav has raised concerns over alleged exploitation of teachers. Yadav accused certain individuals and teachers' organisations of intimidating teachers in the name of court cases and collecting money from them under the pretext of legal support, calling the situation worrying.
