Bhubaneswar: People across Odisha enthusiastically celebrated "Ama Poshak Ama Parichaya" (Our Attire, Our Identity) Day by donning traditional handloom attire as part of the ongoing Odia Pakhya celebrations. Odia Pakhya is being observed across the state from April 1 to 14 under the aegis of the Odia Language, Literature and Culture Department. On the second day of the festivities, citizens from rural areas to the capital city of Bhubaneswar participated in large numbers, showcasing their cultural pride by wearing traditional garments.
