Kozhikode: Kerala Chief Minister and CPI(M) candidate from Dharmadam, Pinarayi Vijayan, on Thursday released the Left Democratic Front (LDF)'s manifesto for the State Assembly elections, with a core vision for completing Nava Keralam (New Keralam).
