"A few weeks ago, when 'Seva Teerth' was being inaugurated, I had spoken about our resolve for 'Viksit Bharat'. To realise this dream, we need fast economic growth, modern infrastructure and technology, and a skilled workforce. For this, the role of public institutions and public servants is crucial.
